The insignia of Nile University Campus of Uganda Martyrs University depicts the Cock or Aulogo representing the Madi people of West Nile and sense of time management. The Leopard represents the rest of the communities of West Nile, intelligence, shrewdness and humility. Blue Navy band represents the River Nile. Green represents the fertile soils and green environment of West Nile. The hoe represents the hard work of the people, particularly in agricultural production. White is for peace and tranquillity. Finally the stack of books with hood on top represents knowledge, research, academic excellence and scholarship. All these are underscored by the need for integral growth and development.

Location

Nile University is located in Arua District in the North West of Uganda 5km from Arua on the Arua – Moyo road on a 32.1 acre piece of land.

The University is open to both male and female students.
