There shall be the following standing committees elected by, and responsible to the G.R.C.

A.    THE GUILD DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE.
Shall consist of the president of the Guild as chairperson, Vice president, Minister for Campus/Foreign Affairs, Chairpersons of Halls of residence and minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs.

B.    EDUCATION AND SPORTS COMMITTEE.
Shall consist of the Minister for Education and Sports and three (3) other members elected by the G.R.C.

C.    CAMPUS/FOREIGN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
Shall consist of the Minister for Campus and Foreign affairs and three(3) other  members elected by the G.R.C.

D.    HEALTH COMMITTEE.
Shall consist of the Minister for Health as chairperson, a health personnel and three (3) other members elected by the G.R.C.

E.    CULTURE AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
Shall consist of the Minister for Culture and Social Affairs and three (3) other members elected by the G.R.C.

F.    FINANCE COMMITTEE.
Shall consist of the minister for Finance and three (3) other members elected by the G.R.C.

G.    LEGAL/CONSTITUTIONAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
Shall consist of the Minister for Legal/Constitutional affairs and three (3) other members. Elected by the G.R.C.

H.    GENDER AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE.
Shall consist of the Minister for Gender/Community Development and three (3) other members elected by the G.R.C.

I.    INFORMATION COMMITTEE.
Shall consist of the Minister for Information and three (3) other members elected by the G.R.C.

NOTE: Any other adhoc and/or, standing committees as shall be approved by ¾ of the members of the G.R.C.
